Delos Safety and Meetups Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Meeting a person discovered online carries risk. Delos does not perform comprehensive identity, criminal-history, sex-offender, professional, financial, or equipment checks and does not guarantee any user’s identity or conduct.

Before meeting

• Keep early communication in Delos so reporting evidence is available.
• Review the profile for inconsistencies and consider a video call.
• Do not share your home address, passwords, government ID, financial details, or security codes.
• Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, deposits, or equipment based only on an online promise.
• Choose a public, staffed location or reputable rehearsal studio.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.
• Arrange independent transportation and keep your phone charged.

During and after meeting

• Control your own food and drink and do not become impaired.
• Do not bring irreplaceable equipment until trust is established.
• Leave immediately if pressured, threatened, isolated, or made uncomfortable.
• Respect every person’s right to stop a meeting, audition, recording, or collaboration.
• Document payment, gear loans, recording permission, songwriting splits, and ownership separately in writing.

Reporting

Use in-app block and report tools. For non-emergency safety help, contact support@delosmusic.app. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. AIFIXMY may preserve information, restrict accounts, and cooperate with lawful investigations, but cannot provide emergency response, physical protection, or legal representation.

You remain responsible for evaluating interactions and taking reasonable precautions. Nothing in this policy limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
