Delos Community Guidelines

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Delos exists to help adults make music together. These rules apply to profiles, media, messages, Band Calls, rehearsals, reports, and conduct connected to the Service.

Required conduct

• Be at least 18 and represent yourself truthfully.
• Respect consent, personal boundaries, creative credit, and decisions to stop communicating.
• Upload only material you have the right to use.
• Describe opportunities, compensation, expectations, and availability honestly.
• Keep initial meetings public or professionally managed and follow the Safety and Meetups Policy.
• Report credible safety concerns and preserve relevant evidence.

Prohibited content and behavior

Delos prohibits:

• threats, violence, stalking, doxxing, coercion, extortion, blackmail, or intimidation;
• harassment, bullying, unwanted sexual conduct, or repeated contact after rejection or blocking;
• hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics;
• sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, prostitution, trafficking, or content involving minors;
• scams, phishing, spam, pyramid schemes, deceptive recruiting, counterfeit opportunities, or fraudulent payment requests;
• impersonation, false credentials, misleading affiliations, or manipulated verification claims;
• illegal goods, weapons transactions, controlled-substance sales, or instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing;
• malware, credential theft, scraping, unauthorized surveillance, or privacy invasion;
• copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations;
• graphic violence, cruelty, or content primarily intended to shock;
• encouraging self-harm or exploiting a person in crisis; and
• evading enforcement through new accounts, third parties, coded language, or off-platform contact.

Music and collaboration integrity

Do not claim another person’s performance, composition, master recording, credits, audience, or work history. Do not secretly record a private rehearsal where prohibited or without required consent. Agree separately and in writing on songwriting splits, master ownership, credits, payment, confidentiality, and commercial use; Delos does not determine them.

Enforcement

AIFIXMY may remove content, reduce distribution, limit features, require verification, preserve records, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, block device or payment identifiers, and refer matters to providers or authorities. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, evidence, prior conduct, risk, and legal obligations. We may act without warning in urgent or serious cases.

To report content, use the in-app report control or contact support@delosmusic.app. Include URLs, usernames, dates, and screenshots when safe. Do not submit knowingly false reports. Appeals may be sent to support@delosmusic.app; an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

Delos is not an emergency service. If danger is immediate, contact local emergency services.
