Delos Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

AIFIXMY LLC respects intellectual-property rights and expects Delos users to do the same. Users may upload only music, recordings, photographs, videos, artwork, names, logos, and other material they own or are authorized to use.
Copyright notices
If you believe content on Delos infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright contact:

The notice should include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for us to find it.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, your counter-notice should include your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements applicable under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice.
Repeat infringement
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate repeat infringers and restrict accounts, devices, or content associated with infringement. We may also remove content that violates trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights after receiving sufficient information.
Important filing note
Naming a contact here does not itself register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. AIFIXMY should complete and maintain the Copyright Office’s online designation before relying on DMCA safe-harbor procedures.
